Job Summary Responsibilities
Branch Operations:
Reconciliation of cash in ATM machine
Cash Tally
Clearance of Cash Deposit/Cheque/Captured Card
Capture cards and deposit submitted by customer in ATM & drop box
Cash Loading
Cash balancing with ATM machine
Reporting of Clearance to branch & Office
Preparing discrepancy report if any difference and send to back office
Attending FLM / SLM calls
MIS - Preparation of CBR ( cash balance report ) on daily basis I.e. ATM deposit & Drop box details , Discrepancy details, Card capturing details , Cash balance details , Overage & Shortage details, etc
Ensuring SOP and Security Norms Compliances
Ensure proper behavior & response to customers (External & Internal)
